#5 Yogurt, Milk Kefir, and Creme Fraiche

Yeah, that vanilla flavoured yogurt you just pick off the shelf? Put it back!
It’s likely loaded with sugar and not nearly as high in probiotics as you think. 
Once you taste homemade fermented dairy products and see how super easy it is to make I doubt you’ll ever buy store bought again, and your body will thank you! 
Using grass fed, organic dairy, we’ll make yogurt, greek yogurt, milk kefir, and creme fraiche, talk about the health benefits, plus taste some delicious ways to use these ferments. 
You’ll go home with 500 ml of yogurt or greek yogurt, 500ml of milk kefir, and 250 ml of creme fraiche, plus some great information and recipes.
