Sourdough Baking Workshop

Have you sworn off bread? You might change your mind after this workshop.

The art of sourdough baking has made a come back! And yes, it’s as much art as skill, and what you will learn tonight will be the basics to get you started. You will feel confidant to continue creating your own art at home.  Long fermented sourdough has many health benefits and is usually tolerated even by those with gluten sensitivities.

You’ll learn how to make and store starter, basic mixing methods, and important baking tips. We’ll bake a loaf of bread to take home and make 1 loaf to bake at home.

Includes lunch, starter, 2 loaves, and a bread proofing basket.
